Items will be sent to the delivery address indicated during the time of purchase. Shipments worldwide are made by DHL. Shortly after you have placed an order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number. In most cases, customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Exchange
ZAMT is committed to providing you with high-quality items. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased with us, we will be happy to exchange or reimburse you. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it to ZAMT.
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item. We will provide you with a return shipping label by email and return costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping label and a copy of the invoice should be put in the package with the item and shipped to the following address:

You may also return the items directly to the ZAMT Store at Tucholskystrasse 48, 10117 Berlin, Germany. However, no refund will be made at the store, and your credit card will not be credited. Customs taxes applying from countries outside the European Union may be charged to the customer if the return is proceeded with his/ her own courier. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Packages returned without necessary return information will be sent back to the customer. Leather care products will not be exchanged or refunded.
Marked down items cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
